    Our main goal is to be your source for tires. We’ll also be adding wheels, packages and other accessories in the near future. We’ll ship your order straight to your door and you’ll have it there in 3 days or less. You won’t pay sales tax unless you’re in Texas. We are extremely price and customer service oriented.

    Our prices are excellent but we hope that by giving us a shot you’ll become a customer for life after experiencing our fast response time and excellent customer service.

    Monday through Friday: 10am to 6pm Central (11am to 7pm Eastern, 8am to 4pm Pacific). We actually work longer hours than this but expect to be able to reach us within this time-frame.

    There are two ways to get updates in regards to your existing order.

    Email

    You can reply to the email you received when your order was placed. If you did not receive this email for any reason please let us know at orders@gripston.com. You will receive a second email from us (usually within one business day) containing your FedEx tracking number.

    Phone

  • Terms and Conditions

    Pricing and Tax

    Our pricing is constantly updated and changed. We will work hard to not commit any, but mistakes will happen from time to time because of typos or tech glitches. Should this happen, your order will stop being processed and you will be contacted ASAP; our rep will have a solution or suggestion at hand.

    We collect payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards are only charged when orders are either ready to be shipped or ready for pick up.

    We will collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders picked up in our warehouse or delivered within in Texas.

    Cancellations, Returns and Warranty

    Any changes to orders that are in Gripston’s possession can be canceled, switched, upgraded or downgraded free of charge.

    Product in new condition and in original packaging will be taken back within 30 days for a full refund, and within 180 days for a store credit (of full value). Refund or credit applies to product value but not to shipping charges.

    Used product cannot be returned. We might make exceptions, give us a try at helpme@gripston.com and explain what happened…we’ll take these case by case. The same applies to damaged product. Also, some manufacturers have a trial period in which you can use/try your product for “X” amount of time, we will honor all of these warranties.

    Product that has been damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge but you have to call us within 5 business days of receiving your package so that we can claim it with the shipping company. If you call us after the 5th business day we will do our best to replace everything quickly and free of charge but we might not be able to.

    We do not include or extend any free additional warranty on products sold. All products carry their original manufacturer’s warranty, which will differ depending on the brand and product type that you purchase.

    Personal Information Gathered

    Automatic:

    We gather some information from our visitors so that our site and its tools can better serve you. This kind of data is taken up as you interact with Gripston.com automatically. We also store some minor analytical data to help us improve our site. This data is stored anonymously, it is not linked to any personal identity information.

    Info You Enter:

    We will store changes made when you type in data, choose from drop downs and make different selections throughout the site. For example, cookies in your computer might store the vehicle year, make and model that you entered on our drop downs so that we can show you the right product to match your selection. Our intent is to show you relevant product and give you the best experience possible.

    Emails and other support requests:

    All of this information is stored and archived so that we can better serve you in the future.

    Selling and Sharing of Data

    We do not sell any of the information you supply us with. We don’t share any information unless it is necessary for us in order to correctly process your order. For example, if we’re shipping a package to you, we will supply your name and address to FedEx so that we can generate a shipping label. With your permission, we might also fill out mail-in rebates on your behalf so that you can qualify for a promotional offer. If and when necessary, we will use third party companies and law enforcement officials for fraud protection.
